Teaching Emily to drive

What?! So Emily said she doesn't know how to drive a stick shift. At the end of May, she'll be driving back to California with Chuck and since his car is manual, she'll need to know! We decided to teach her after work tonight. I picked her up in my car and we went over to the business complex south east of M section in Rohnert Park. Emily got in the drivers seat and - zoooom! Took off just fine. She was shifting and starting, stopping, the works. I guess really she just needed to brush up her skills. It was a fun night, without any whiplash whatsoever! Good job Em; you'll do just fine driving from Idaho to California.
